Virtual Assistant Rates:

 

Pricing is determined by the type of service/support you need. We customize pricing and packaging to fit your
individual office needs. Basic Administrative Support plans and specialized services such as Legal/Paralegal support is determined by project.

  • Monthly Packages are available for services that range from 5 hours to 20 hours.
  • A signed contract or letter of agreement, fully outlining the scope of work and conditions of our relationship is required before any work begins.


Any other expenses associated with the project will be extra. (Phone, Copying, FedX etc.) Projects that are estimated to be more than 5 hrs. will require a 50% down payment. Monthly retention plan hours are not carried over, must be used in 30 day period unless an agreement to extend time is agreed upon before end of month.

Payment

Protégé Business Solutions L.L.C.  accepts online payments via Paypal (with a 3% additional charge), business check or money order. 
 

Invoice & Payment Terms:
  • Invoices are sent out for payment within 10 days of completion of work and due upon receipt.
     
  • Monthly packages, advance payment is due in full upon signing the proposal.
     
  • Monthly packages that require additional hours beyond the selected hours indicated will be billed at our hourly rate.
     
  • We accept PayPal or Checks for payments. You can pay your invoice online by clicking the PayNow button.
